Are you a private practice?

Yes. We are a private practice and fees apply for all consultations. Doctors at our practice do not bulk bill. Please contact us to inquire about our fees.

Are you offering in person or telehealth appointments?

Yes, we are offering primarily in person appointments at our clinic in Vermont South.

We still offer Telehealth video/phone appointments for patients who cannot attend the clinic in person due to circumstances such as illness or living out of Victoria.

Note that all initial consultations are required to be in person appointments.

Fees?

Are referrals needed?

Yes. All patients need a GP's referral to be seen at our clinic.

Is free parking available?

Yes. Vermont South Medical Center provides underground and above ground parking free of charge.

Is the building accessible?

Yes. The building has a ramp and a lift.
